Let’s get real. This is isn’t for everyone. Creating these plans take a lot of time. They’re each custom built and I work 1-on-1 with you to achieve success. I simply don’t have time to take on more than a handful of clients each month. This is only for the dedicated. Therefore, I ask for at least a 3 month commitment to take you on as it also takes time for serious changes to occur. You expect results from me, and I expect them from you. As your personal coach, it’s my job to not only create for you the perfect plan, but help you implement it and keep you motivated.
